Size Guide

DESCRIPTION

Stop the rash! Put a barrier between you and nickel with Nickel Guard.

Nickel Guard is designed for persons with sensitive skin and does not contain Toluene, Formaldehyde or Dibutyl phthalate which often cause secondary dermatitis.

DETAILS

Nickel Guard™ is designed to coat jewelry and other metal items to protect you from nickel contact.

Nickel Guard forms an invisible micro-bond barrier effectively sealing the metal item so your skin does not come in contact with the nickel.

Nickel Guard is designed for persons with sensitive skin in mind and does not contain several ingredients which often cause secondary dermatitis. Ordinary nail polish may contain Toluene, Formaldehyde or Dibutyl phthalate which can cause secondary rashes. Nickel Guard does not contain these allergy causing ingredients.

Nickel Guard also works with Nickel Alert.  Once an item is protected with Nickel Guard, it can be re-tested with Nickel Alert to verify protection.

Recommended by leading Dermatologists and Allergists

Use Nickel Guard, Nickel Alert, and Nickel Solution in a well-ventilated area.

Disclaimer: Nickel Alert, Nickel Guard and Nickel Solution are intended for use only on metal items; these items should be tested in an inconspicuous place.

Nickel Alert will not harm metal, even in delicate heirloom jewelry. However, if the item being tested has been coated, such as with varnish or antique finishes, the coating can be dissolved with the use of Nickel Alert.

How or where products are tested is not within our purview, these products are guaranteed for their effectiveness in the testing of and protection from nickel in metals, not for issues beyond our control.

How to Measure Your Belt Size

Most of our belts are sized from the Buckle Fold to the Middle Hole. A 36” belt will have a center hole at 36” and two holes on either side of the center spaced 1” apart each. A 36” belt can be worn as small as 34” and as big as 38”.

There are several options to determine your ideal belt size.

The ideal way is to measure your waist through your belt loops. This measurement is the size of belt you should purchase (i.e. if you have a 34” measurement, order a 34” belt).

An alternative option is to measure your old belt from the  Buckle Fold to the Hole you use. If your belt measures 38” from buckle fold to the hole you use most; then order a 38” belt. This will give you a belt with 2 holes either side of the hole you use most.
